The Uniphore X-Designer is a cloud-based web application that enables Business Process designers to easily create, test and update Flows – step-by-step visual representations of a workflow that is used by customers or customer service representatives to achieve their goals.
Using the X-Designer does not require any programming skills, which means that business analysts, system integrators and non-technical developers can easily use it to build their processes and workflows.
Flows can be as simple or as complex as needed, and can take advantage of natural language processing, pre-defined business rules, real-time data allocators, web service calls, robotic process automation, and many more advanced features.
During runtime, a Flow is executed via any one of multiple X Platform Application channels.
